What’s your return policy?

Thanks for letting us know that our product’s not working for you. Our store accepts online returns within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund.  Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition.  Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund. We are continuous learners. Please share your thoughts on how we can improve. We value your opinions!

To make a return, please email your order number to farenquinngoods@gmail.com.  We’ll help you process your return and provide a free shipping label for your purchased item. Simply repackage your item and drop it off at the post office. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.  If your return is accepted we’ll send the refund. Please allow 4-6 business days for it  to appear on your original method of payment.

Shipping

US Domestic shipping is free for purchases over $60. Below that we’ve found that USPS offers the lowest rates. Those are calculated for you at checkout.

How do you support sustainability?

Supporting the planet’s wellbeing is a core value.  One of the reasons we offer the towel ring is to encourage cloth towel use around the home and thereby decrease paper towel use, especially in the kitchen.

Our towel ring was thoughtfully configured with weight only where it is needed.  So, the ring itself is aluminum while the finish matched end tips are heavier brass to weigh the cord down.  And we chose aluminum because, finish permitting, it can be recycled.  

From a lifecycle perspective we expect the product to really last.  All materials are up to the job. Plus unlike a traditional towel ring, you can

• move around the house

• take it with you to a new place

• easily give it away

Finally, it’s minimal design won’t go out of fashion.
